We run routine surgeries very day, both morning and afternoon. For same day ‘urgent’ matters a GP will contact you at the telephone and arrange a same day appointment if needed. We do offer some very early appointments along with some later evening appointments so please ask if that would be helpful 

Treatment Room Opening

Please note that Tuesday and Thursday between 1:30pm – 3:30pm is for child immunisations only. Clients are seen by appointment only.

The treatment room team provide travel advice, smears, wound care and general services as requested by your General Practitioner or hospital. To book an appointment please phone 0117 3015310  

When We Are Closed

We are closed Monday to Friday after 18:30 and before 08.30, Bank Holidays and weekends.

For the doctor’s out of hours service phone the practice on 0117 3015240/1 and you will be transferred. Our out of hours cover is provided by BriSDoc which is staffed by GP’s mainly from Bristol.  

Walk In Centre

A nurse led service for minor ailments and injuries and is open 7 days a week from early to late. Located on the Health Park off Downton Road Knowle West. It is clearly signposted

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
